Movers in Pinecrest, FL
EZ Movers and Storage serves Pinecrest, a village of large estate homes on acre lots in south Miami-Dade, with mature landscaping and long private drives.
Pinecrest is acre lots, mature landscaping and some of the largest single-family homes in Miami-Dade. The volume in these houses routinely surprises people — formal dining, libraries, art, wine, home gyms and guest houses that an estimate based on bedroom count will badly underrate.
These are full-day jobs, usually with four movers, and often with specialty items that need their own equipment. We walk the whole property, outbuildings included, before quoting.

What we know about moving in Pinecrest
The operational details that actually affect a move here — access, building rules, timing and the things that catch out crews who do not work this area regularly.
Estate-scale volume
Bedroom count is a poor guide here. We inventory the whole property — guest house, garage, outdoor furniture and all — so the quote reflects the real job.
Long private drives and mature canopy
Deep setbacks mean real distance between the truck and the door, and heavy tree cover limits clearance in places. Both are assessed in advance.
Art, antiques and specialty items
Custom crating for art and stone, and purpose-built equipment for pianos, safes and pool tables. Flag these when you call so the right crew is assigned.
Early starts for the drive
Pinecrest is at the far end of our area. We arrive early so the drive is not taken out of your working day.
